These terms and conditions relate to your use of the WeCOMPLETE online conveyancing portal.

About us

We are WeCOMPLETE. WeCOMPLETE is a trading name of Techinc Holdings Ltd., a company registered in England and Wales under company registration number 08010283, with registered office address at Friars Mill, Friars Terrace, Stafford, England, ST17 4AU.

WeCOMPLETE conveyancing portal

WeCOMPLETE offers a SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) portal designed to enable estate agents, legal teams, sellers and buyers to monitor the progress of property transactions (the Portal). This can be operated via. your mobile, PC, tablet and/or laptop.

The Portal offers quoting, instruction and property completion tools for buyers, sellers and interested parties. From quote to completion, the Portal supports queries directed either towards an estate agent or your chosen legal team.

Account set-up/registration

Use of the Portal may require registration, for which you will need to create login details.

You are responsible for making sure that your password and any other account details are kept secure and confidential.

Any personal information you provide to us as part of the registration process will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy available at https://we-complete.com/privacy/

Acceptable Use of Portal

You represent that you are over the age of 18. WeCOMPLETE does not permit those under 18 to use the Portal.

As a condition of your use of the Portal, you agree not to use the Portal:

  1. for any purpose that is unlawful under any applicable law or prohibited by these terms;
  2. to commit any act of fraud;
  • to distribute viruses or malware or other similar harmful software code;
  1. for purposes of promoting unsolicited advertising or sending spam;
  2. to simulate communications from us or another service or entity in order to collect identity information, authentication credentials, or other information (‘phishing’);
  3. in any manner that disrupts the operation of our Portal or business or the website or business of any other entity; or
  • to promote any unlawful activity.

Infringing content

We will use reasonable efforts to:

  1. delete accounts which are being used in an inappropriate manner or in breach of these terms; and
  2. identify and remove any content that is inappropriate, defamatory, infringes intellectual property rights or is otherwise in breach of these terms.

If you believe that any content which is distributed or published by the Portal is inappropriate, defamatory or infringing on intellectual property rights, you should contact us immediately using the contact below.

Your privacy and personal information

Your privacy and personal information are important to us. Any personal information that you provide to us will be dealt with in line with our Privacy Policy available at https://we-complete.com/privacy/, which explains what personal information we collect from you, how and why we collect, store, use and share such information, your rights in relation to your personal information and how to contact us and supervisory authorities in the event you have a query or complaint about the use of your personal information.

Ownership, use and intellectual property rights

The intellectual property rights in the Portal are owned by us and our licensors.

We and our licensors reserve all our intellectual property rights (including, but not limited to, all copyright, trade marks, domain names, design rights, database rights, patents and all other intellectual property rights of any kind) whether registered or unregistered anywhere in the world.

Nothing in these terms grants you any legal rights in the Portal other than as necessary for you to access it. You agree not to adjust, try to circumvent or delete any notices contained on the Portal (including any intellectual property notices) and in particular, in any digital rights or other security technology embedded or contained within the Portal.

Disclaimer

WeCOMPLETE provides no warranty or undertaking and makes no representation of any kind that the Portal will meet your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible or work with any other software, applications, systems or services, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards or be error free or that any errors or defects can or will be corrected.

Neither WeCOMPLETE nor any of its provider makes any representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied: (i) as to the operation or availability of the Portal, or the information, content, and materials or products included thereon; (ii) that the Portal will be uninterrupted or error-free; (iii) as to the accuracy, reliability, or currency of any information or content provided through the Portal; or (iv) that the Portal, its servers, the content, or e-mails sent from or on behalf of WeCOMPLETE are free of viruses, scripts, trojan horses, worms, malware, timebombs or other harmful components.

Governing Law and Disputes

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you have any concern or dispute relating to the Portal, you agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting WeCOMPLETE on the contact details provided below.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Amendments

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use the Portal after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the Portal.

Third-party websites

You acknowledge that the Portal may enable or assist you to access content/software of third parties via third-party websites (e.g. electronic signature services, land registry services) and that you do so at its own risk.

We make no representation, warranty or commitment and shall have no liability or obligation whatsoever in relation to the content or use of, or correspondence with, any such third-party website/content, or any transactions completed, and any contract entered into by you, with any such third party.

Any contract entered into and any transaction completed via any third-party website is between you and the relevant third party, and not us. We recommend that you refer to the third party’s website terms and conditions and privacy policy prior to using the relevant third-party website. We do not endorse or approve any third-party website nor the content of any of the third-party website made available via the Portal.

Please note, if you choose not to proceed with using such third party’s website/content, this may impact your conveyancing transaction e.g., cause delays, impede completion, which is outside of our control.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and/or access to the Portal immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Portal will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Portal.

Communications

You may receive emails from WeCOMPLETE providing updates relating to the portal during the conveyancing transaction.

We may also send you emails regarding related services (e.g. building insurance, broadband connection) linked to the conveyancing transaction. Should you wish to opt out of receiving such emails, please email: info@we-complete.com.
