Operated via an app on the move or web for PC, tablet and laptop, WeCOMPLETE is a comprehensive and easy to follow, quoting, instruction and property completion tool for buyers, sellers and interested parties. From quote to completion, the platform supports all queries directed either towards an estate agent or legal team.
Conveyancing quotes are provided directly by a law firm or estate agent, which is shared via email or the quoting tool. A prospective client does not need to be known by a law firm or estate agent to gain a quote through the tool.
Instruct with ease through the platform with online signing of terms and conditions, client pack receipt, and payment on account. ID verification and Anti-money Laundering checks are completed by all parties directly through the system from any location worldwide.
Linked cases, such as properties in a chain, can be attached by legal teams or estate agents with “View Only” permissions to show progress for complete transparency. Linked cases, such as chains, are unlimited in capacity and scale.
Interested parties of a private or corporate client can be provided with suitable access permissions to view part or all of a case and be elected to participate in actions and responses. There are no limits to the capacity of clients within one case.
Buyers and sellers enjoy real-time updates and complete transparency as legal teams and estate agents showcase their work as the case progresses. Legal teams can invite groups or individuals to join them in Zoom meetings or use email style messenger to communicate with clients. Updates are automated upon the completion of an icon which marks the task in hand.
Searches are ordered within the system with time estimates, search results are visible to all agreed parties. Documents can be requested from outside parties such as mortgage agreements, lease contracts, fixtures and fittings lists, all of which can be viewed by all nominated parties.
Contracts can be exchanged and signed from within the system. The instant document filing functionality provides easy access to all files in relation to a case and provides long term storage of these important documents from within the individuals log in.
Payments are requested by legal teams from either within the system (for disbursements) or direct to legal teams for larger sums. All receipts are provided within the system for ease of reference.
Key collection arrangements are made through the platform for ease of
communication and completion documents are provided and stored, within the system to complete the sales process.
